After 10 years in the automotive industry I have seen a lot of stuff done wrong. I have been told to replace brake pads that didn’t need replacing, and parts thrown at cars that was not properly diagnosed. One of my goals is to make automotive great again. A company that sells you the stuff you need instead of fear mongering you into high GP% items that just make me money. With full DVI software that comes with pictures of every broken part so you can know in confidence that what I replace is truly faulty.
Another goal is I want to be a second chance employer. Felons have trouble getting jobs because of their record. As a result they return to the old friends house because its a couch to sleep on, they get passed a pipe, then wake up in jail, back into the life. Someone has to break the cycle. My plan is to teach them a skill, to provide for their families so they don’t have to reenter their old lives.
